Sound bath – sacred journey with cacao

Cacao & Gong – A sacred journey of sound, stillness and connection
Guided by Mike Raven (Black Bear Spirit – DK) and Jurga Zen Kunze (Inn Gong – DE). We warmly invite you to an evening of ceremony, sound and soul connection – where cacao meets gong, flutes meet stillness, and ancient ritual meets healing.
This is a sound journey and ceremony created in deep reverence. A sacred space for reflection, renewal, and remembering who you truly are.
The Ceremony Flow
Opening of Sacred Space & Ceremonial Cacao
We begin by opening the ceremony with smudging, prayer, and calling in the 7 directions – grounding ourselves in the wisdom of the Earth, Spirit, and our ancestors. We drink the sacred cacao with intention while opening each direction, allowing it to open the heart and deepen our connection to self and spirit.
Intention & Sharing Circle
Through a round of sharing, we invite you to set intentions and share prayers, creating community and presence from the very beginning.
Sound journey
Together, we guide you into a rich soundscape combining:
- Native flutes, shamanic drum, acoustic guitar, rattle, and voice (Mike)
- Gong waves, chimes, and intuitive frequencies (Jurga)
Held together in a continuous and co-created sound journey, flowing from gentle presence to deep energetic release and back into stillness.
Closing Circle & Integration
We complete the journey by sharing reflections and closing the directions with gratitude. Afterwards, we’ll offer snacks and time to connect, share, and simply be.
